The organizations actively working for the GEAR Campaign in Europe
are linked through the European GEAR Campaign Working Group. The Working
Group makes the
decisions about the lobbying activities and public campaigning
in Europe, and contributes to the work of the global GEAR Campaign. The
European GEAR Campaign Working Group is coordinated by
the European Women's Lobby (EWL). The other members of the Group are Oxfam Novib, WIDE, International Gender Policy Network, and UK Gender and Development Network.
Founded in 1990, the European Women’s Lobby (EWL) is the largest alliance of women’s non-governmental organisation in the European Union and has national coordinations in 30 European countries and 19 European-wide member organisations. The EWL works for the advancement of equality between women and men as well as the mainstreaming and monitoring of a feminist gender equality perspective in all areas of European policy. The EWL Secretariat is based in Brussels

International Gender Policy Network
The International Gender Policy Network is a non-profit, non-governmental network organization aiming at promoting gender equitable and gender sensitive public policy at all levels of global society. IGPN advocates for the inclusion of women’s human rights into the national, regional and global policy agenda and for full implementation of social, economic and culture rights of women. IGPN is situated all over Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia.

Women in Development Europe 
WIDE is a European feminist network of women´s organisations, development NGOs, gender specialists and womens rights activists. WIDE monitors and influences international economic and development policy and practice from a feminist perspective.
